Welcome to Trenzy. By accessing or using Trenzy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1) Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
2) Service Scope
Trenzy is a social platform for communication, content sharing, messaging, voice/video calls, stories, reels, and related features.
3) Content and Ownership
- You retain ownership of content you upload.
- By posting content, you grant Trenzy a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as required to operate the service.
- You must not upload content that violates intellectual property or third-party rights.
4) Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal content or activities, including violations of applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, blackmail, or abuse.
- Impersonation, fraud, or deceptive behavior.
- Spam, unauthorized advertising, malicious automation, or disruption of platform operations.
5) Moderation and Enforcement
Trenzy may review, restrict, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or platform safety.
6) Paid Features and Subscriptions (if applicable)
- Some features may require payment or subscription.
- Billing, cancellation, and renewals may be managed by Apple, Google, or the selected payment provider.
- Refunds are handled under applicable policy and law.
7) Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, including PDPL requirements where applicable.
8) Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Trenzy at any time. Trenzy may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
9) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Trenzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.
11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
